1. Terms of Use

1.1 About these terms

These Terms of Use set out how you may access and use the Datspot platform. Datspot is a platform that connects event organizers, promoters and attendees.

1.2 Your agreement

By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1.3 What Datspot does

Datspot operates solely as a technology platform that connects people. Datspot does not organize events or sell tickets.

1.4 Your account

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

1.5 What you must not do

You must not: • create fake accounts • manipulate sales figures • send spam or unsolicited messages • use the platform for any fraudulent purpose

1.6 Account suspension

We may suspend or permanently remove any account that breaches these terms.

1.7 Our liability

Datspot is not responsible for: • the quality of any event • the conduct of other users • content posted by organizers or promoters

2. Terms of Sale

2.1 How ticket sales work

Tickets are sold directly by event organizers. Datspot provides the technology that makes the transaction possible.

2.2 Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Datspot does not hold or receive the funds directly.

2.3 Service fee

Datspot charges a commission on every ticket sold through the platform. The commission rate is set when the event is published.

2.4 Refunds

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the organizer cancels the event. If an event is cancelled: • the organizer handles the refund • through the original payment provider

2.5 Cooling-off period

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for events on a fixed date are exempt from the cooling-off period.

2.6 Disputes

Any dispute about an event is a matter between you and the organizer. Datspot bears no liability for event-related disputes.

3. Organizer Terms

3.1 Your responsibilities

As an organizer, you agree to: • run your event in compliance with all applicable laws • ensure the safety of attendees • secure every permit and authorization required • take out appropriate insurance

3.2 Liability

You bear sole responsibility for: • your event and how it is run • its compliance with the law • the safety of everyone who attends

3.3 How you get paid

Payments are processed through Stripe. You receive the ticket revenue minus the Datspot commission.

3.4 If you cancel

If you cancel your event, you are responsible for refunding every ticket holder.

4. Promoter Terms

4.1 Your status

Promoters operate as independent contractors. There is no employment relationship between you and Datspot.

4.2 How you earn

You earn a commission on every ticket sold through your efforts. Payment is confirmed once the event has taken place.

4.3 What we expect

As a promoter, you agree to: • promote events honestly and fairly • comply with all applicable laws • never mislead potential attendees

4.4 What is not allowed

You must not: • fabricate sales • use deceptive or fraudulent methods • send spam

4.5 Consequences

Breaking these rules will result in: • immediate account suspension • forfeiture of any pending commissions

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 What we collect

Datspot collects: • your email address • browsing and usage data • account details

5.2 How we use it

We use your data to: • keep the platform running • improve our services • communicate with you

5.3 Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: • access your personal data • have it corrected • have it deleted
